After checking availability, you can make a reservation through the booking page or by calling the phone number listed on the contact page.
Can I make a tentative reservation?
Yes, you can. However, please note that reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and your tentative reservation will become invalid once another booking is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
What are the available hours?
Our operating hours are from 11:00 to 20:00. If you wish to use the space outside these hours, please consult with us in advance. Depending on the request, additional fees may apply.
Is advance move-in (pre-installation) possible?
Move-in is possible after 8:00 p.m. on the day before your rental. If you wish to move in at other times, please consult with us in advance. Depending on the request, additional fees may apply.
Is construction or installation work allowed?
If you require construction or installation work, please consult with us in advance. Depending on the details, additional fees may apply.
Can I use the storage or backroom area?
If you wish to use the storage area or backroom, please consult with us in advance. Depending on the details, additional fees may apply.
How should visitor queuing be handled?
Queuing inside the building is not permitted. Please have visitors line up along the road under the guidance of the staff.
Is food and beverage service allowed?
As a general rule, serving food is not permitted. However, offering light snacks and drinks is allowed.
Can sound or audio equipment be used?
Sound may be used as long as it does not disturb the tenants on the floors above or below. However, if you are asked to lower the volume or stop, you must comply immediately.
Please tell me about the payment methods.
Bank transfer or credit card payment is available. Please make your payment in advance. We will provide further instructions by email once your booking is confirmed.
Are there any cancellation fees after applying?

Is there parking available?
Parking is not available on-site. Please use nearby bicycle parking or public parking facilities.
How should garbage disposal be handled?
Please take all garbage and waste with you after use. If you would like us to handle the disposal, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
